The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of adding in another riser to protect a gym, two classrooms, associate mechanical rooms and storage areas. The system is designed as a side feed.

Permit to construct a new 8,926 square foot addition with gymnasium, 2 classrooms and associated support areas including restrooms, office, storage, and mechanical rooms on the existing Pioneer Elementary School campus. Work also includes general site work. Special inspections required per attached Form 310. All work per the approved plans and notations. This building is fully fire sprinklered for area increase and is fully alarmed. **JAR**

This project includes approved code alternates to the following fire protection systems and/or building life safety systems. Please review the supplemental documents attached to this building permit case for details. Fire protection “shop drawings” shall include approved code alternate design.
