Permit is to remodel an existing 8,342 sq. ft. retail tenant space. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: removal of select interior nonbearing wall, relocate existing interior window at new office, construction of interior non-bearing walls to create an office, select new door/door frame, select new interior window, electrical work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the current IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
