NO OCCUPANCY ALLOWED UNDER THIS PERMIT. TENANT SHALL APPLY FOR CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY PRIOR TO OCCUPYING THE SPACE.
The fire sprinkler system is used for building area increase and for fire area. Permit is to construct tenant improvements within an existing 10,368 sq. ft. vanilla tenant space (1,724 sq. ft. office area + 8,554 sq. ft. warehouse area). within the new 51,420 sq. ft. building (Shell under BLD17-02817). Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: concrete slab, construction of interior non-bearing walls to make a closet, a conference/break room, a hall, (2) offices, open office area and (2) accessible restrooms, new door/door frames, millwork, Hi/Lo drinking fountain, suspended acoustic and gypsum ceiling, light fixtures, electrical work, plumbing work, mechanical work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the current IBC. Note: Special Inspection is required, see attached 310 form. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
