This building is fire sprinkled. Permit for interior tenant improvements to an existing building with work to include construction of interior walls, doors, hardware, suspended ceiling, electrical, mechanical, and interior finishes to be in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2015 IBC. The tenant currently occupies suite #100 (6,111 SF) and this permit is to expand the current office into the existing un-occupied shell (BLD06-01812) – suite #150 (2,093 SF). All work to be done per the approved plans and applicable codes and ordinances. Any alterations to the sprinkler system will require a separate permit and shall comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the fire department. **JHB**
