Permit is to remodel an existing 15,388 sf existing vanilla space for retail use. (Vanilla T.I. under BLD18-02709) Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: a 44” clear demarcated wide egress guarded aisle, millwork and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the current IBC. Note: any racking over 8’ requires a separate racking permit. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
