Permit is to remodel an existing 15,037 sq. ft. tenant space by dividing it into two separate tenant spaces, this tenant space is to be 10,000 sq. ft. and the remaining 5,037 sq. ft. is to be an unoccupied tenant space created under BLD18-03324. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: removal of select interior nonbearing walls, removal of select door/door frame and relocate, removal of select millwork, removal of select interior windows, construction of select interior nonbearing wall to demise tenant spaces, create (4) offices and a conference room, select wall infill, relocate select light fixtures, electrical work, plumbing work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the current IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
