Permit for a tenant improvement in an existing 7,322 sq ft tenant space for a new pizza restaurant in the Westgate Shopping Center. This space was previously occupied by Hastings. Shell work and tenant demising wall constructed under BLD17-03244 and BLD18-01089. Work to include: construction of new interior non-bearing partition walls; kitchen and equipment; structural reinforcing of existing roof for new oven hood and make-up air unit; fully accessible restrooms; plumbing, electrical, and mechanical work; interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2015 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered for area increase with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the building’s Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 and NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JAR**
