Nacho, Rick and I discussed the fire place just inside the main entry. Per Nacho he will wrap the fire place with fire treated wood to be verified by myself and the building inspector. Piping in the building is ok for cover for the single head at the bottom of the stairs, second floor restroom and the Data room. I looked at the east side exterior canopy and the install looks good but the issue of galvanized piping came up and is currently being addressed with plan review. Rough-in passed on most of the remaining sprinkler piping. Just need another rough to cover for all piping above the lay-in tile, acouple of exterior canopies that are not built yet and some heads under the overhead doors. I noted a larger access door is needed for one of the inspector test/drum drip concealed in a walll. Door needs to be big enough for service.

Rough in inspection for overehad fire sprinkler piping above hardlids complete, notated city approved drawings the 2 hardlids that are approved for cover. Non-combustible insulation needs to be installed between floor joist as noted on city approved drawings to cover OSB decking, insulation was not installed at time of inspection, these areas, as notated on city approved draiwngs, cannot be covered until insulation is installed and inspected for compliance.

Todays inspection was for sprinkler system #2 in the "Show Room" area. Rough-in passed but plan mods will be needed to show all of the additional 90's in the branchlines and the ones in the mains. Pendants have not been installed. Mezzanine and Canopy piping has not been installed.
