Chute room on level 3 is also a furnace closet, sprinkler head must be provided in mechanical closets. 4 sprinkler heads are less than 24 inches from heat registers, sprinklers must be 24 inches or greater away from heat registers per 2016 NFPA 13D. Repair holes around sprinkler heads where escutcheon does not cover entire penetration. Install escutcheons that are missing as discussed and replaced escutcheon in master bathroom.
