This permit is to do an emergency replacement of the existing DACT with a cellular sole path communicator. We are requesting an early start. The previous monitoring company ended their contract and turned off the phone line account. The new monitoring company hired us to install a Honeywell IPGSM-4G. The existing panel is an EST Quickstart FACP located in the basement. We are also installing a 50' 3DB antenna to improve signal strength. This is not associated with a building permit.
