Met with Ed and Dale at this unit and inspected for Violations of the Abatement of Dangerous Building Code as adopted by Garden City. The following violations were observed:
4-2-8 Storing, Eliminating Refuse - Refuse was observed around the entire unit.
4-3-2 Pollution of Waterways - Motor oil and other auto fluid spills observed in perported carport area.
4-3-4 Premises Kept in Unsightly Condition - unsightly collection of building materials, trash, rubbish, garbage and auto parts.
8-4J-4 Standards For Manufactured Homes - Improper skirting. Additions (2) have been constructed and attached to the manufactured home. Carport also constructed (detached).
8-4K-3 Property Maintenance Standards - Section (F) Structure unsecure majority of windows broken or missing creating and attractive nuisance
