Received phone message from property manager (Bobbie) that the coach has been vacated, some repairs had been made and that the coach was being put up for sale. Ed and I inspected the coach and identified the remaining issues requiring compliance:
-Final inspection on mechanical permit GCM13-00300 for furnace.
- Removal or repair of patio roof.
- Electrical permit and inspection of baseboard heaters, dryer outlet and patio wiring.
- Support of flooring in living room and kitchen area.
It is recommended that the coach be posted Unsafe for Occupancy until repairs are made or coach is sold and removed.
