Work to include: replace the existing three bay door openings with a two bay openings per structural engineering; replace specific existing overhead doors with new; dis-assemble and remove some electrical in the new paint booth area; and install and assemble a new pre-manufactured, self contained, "Spray Zone Pre-Fab Spray Booth". The spray booth shall be protected by an automatic fire extinguishing system. No lighting changes are proposed at this time. Future lighting changes require a separate permit.
