To construct a remodel of an existing single family dwelling to include: Add a 30" X 40" casement window for emergency escape and rescue recessed 18-inches from the exterior of an existing pop-out on the Eastern side of the home; Add a new walk-in shower to the existing bathroom; Electrical and Plumbing work; and install new smoke alarms inside and outside new sleeping room. All work per the approved plans, plan review report, and all other reviewing agencies approvals. NO NEW EXTERIOR WALL OPENINGS ARE ALLOWED CLOSER THAN 3 FEET TO THE INTERIOR LOT LINE.
