Description |
(Payette Brewing Company) To remodel an existing 5,920 square foot tenant space in an existing 10,070 square foot Industrial use building for use as a Production Beer Brewery. Work to include: demolition work per the approved plans; construct new interior partition walls, a new ceiling, and two new doors for the new Mill room; construct a new interior partition wall to separate the new office from the new Lab room; patch and repair the existing concrete floor in specific locations per plans; construct a new accessible restroom; related interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2006 IBC; plumbing, electrical work; and all other work per the approved plans, attached plan review report, and all other reviewing agencies approvals. NOTE: This building is fully fire sprinklered for area increase. Any alterations or modifications to the fire sprinkler system shall be per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department and will require a separate permit. A Certificate of Occupancy is required to be obtained after all work has been inspected and approved, prior to a tenant occupying this space, and verification the maximum occupant load of 49 for the entire facility is posted in a conspicuous place, near the main exit. **SRZ**
