(D&B Lighting Upgrade) - To remove the existing ceiling, install new energy efficiency lighting, and remove and replace the existing mechanical ductwork. Work to include: Remove all existing soffits and suspended acoustical ceiling systems in all areas except the mezzanine level, entrance, restrooms, and breakroom; remove and replace lighting fixtures in all areas per plans; install and provide illuminated exits signs and means of egress lighting. All work per the approved plans, engineering, and other reviewing agencies approvals. NOTE: This building is fully fire sprinklered. Any alterations or modifications to the fire sprinkler system shall be per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department and will require a separate permit. The existing envelope is not being affected by this permit. A certificate of completion shall be issued when work is completed and a final inspection has occurred. **SRZ**
