(ACHD - Maintenance Office/Shop Building) To construct an alteration to a 612 square foot office portion of an existing 8,378 square foot Maintenance Building per plans. Work to include: Remove an existing 16 ft. wide overhead door, tracks, and seal from the south exterior wall; infill door opening with 6" steel studs, insulation, vapor barrier, gypsum board, gypsum sheathing, and exterior metal panel to match existing; extend the interior wall to meet the new exterior wall; and interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2009 IBC. All work per the approved plans, attached plan review report, and all other reviewing agencies approvals. A certificate of completion shall be issued when work is completed and a final inspection has occurred. This building is NOT Fire Sprinklered. **SRZ**
