Riverside Inn - To remodel a portion of an 277,555 square foot existing hotel. The area of work will be located in the Fireplace Room adjacent to the Lobby/Convention area. Work to include: Install a new floor over existing concrete Pepresseo area per plans; remove an existing exterior door, mullions, glazing and trim; install new exterior door, sidelights and wood trim per plans; construct new Trellis over the existing patio per plans. All work per the approved plans, attached plan review report, and all other reviewing agencies approvals. NOTE: This building is fully fire sprinklered. Any alterations or modifications to the fire sprinkler system shall be per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department and will require a separate permit.
