To repair the interior of an existing Townhouse due to fire and smoke damage. Work to include: Remove and replace smoke damaged insulation and gypsum wall and ceiling board in the living room and dining room located on the first story; Remove and replace carpet and smoke seal all walls throughout. All work per the approved plans, attached plan review report, and all other reviewing agencies approvals. The fire-resistance-rated wall or assembly separating the townhouses shall be continuous from the foundation to the underside of the roof sheathing, deck or slab. A certificate of completion shall be issued when work is completed and a final inspection has occurred. **SRZ**
