(ACHD Office Remodel) - To remodel a portion of an existing 16,820 square foot Office building creating additional offices. Work to include: Remove existing doors and frames per plans; install new non-bearing wall partitions to create the new offices and corridor; install a new tempered window and doors w/ associated hardware per plans; modify existing light circuits to provide separate switching for new spaces; relocate existing HVAC supply diffuser and ducts; provide new HVAC return air grill and ducting per plans; interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2009 IBC; and all other work per the approved plans, attached plan review report, and all other reviewing agencies approvals. The existing envelope is not being affected by this permit. This building is Fully Fire Sprinkered ANY ALTERATIONS TO THE SPRINKLER SYSTEM WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT, and shall comply and be installed per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department.
