My Family Tradition - To remodel an existing 1,213 square foot tenant space in an existing 28,000 square foot building for use as a Sauce Processing Kitchen. The North West wall is shared with storage occupancy. Work to include: construct new interior walls to create a new accessible restroom; install a new 42" high pony wall separating the space into storage/prep area; install a service sink; install new sinks per plans; install new water heater; update the existing 1-hr rated tenant occupancy separation walls to 2-hr per plans and inspectors final approvals; related interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2009 IBC; and plumbing, electrical, and mechanical work. All work per the approved plans, attached plan review report, and all other reviewing agencies approvals. A new Certificate of Occupancy with the new occupant load total is to be issued when completed and approved prior to tenant occupying this space. NOTE: This building is NOT fire sprinklered. **SRZ**
