WALMART (Store 2861) - This is shell permit of an interior 662 square foot tenant space in a 205,054 square foot existing retail store only and no occupancy is allowed under this permit. A separate tenant improvement permit is required to finish this space for occupancy. The electrical and mechanical work shown on the approved plans are part of the shell construction. Work to include: Remove existing previous tenant finishes, fixtures, ceiling grid/tiles, drop ceilings, overhead bulkheads, and VCT flooring; repair, clean, prep, and prime all interior walls for new finishes; new suspended ceiling grid system installed per CISCA guidelines; install new gypsum board at existing gate opening per plans; infill front wall per plans; and plumbing, mechanical, and electrical work per plans. All work per the approved plans, attached plan review report, and all other reviewing agencies final approval. The existing envelope is not being affected by this permit. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72. **SRZ**
