Taco Bell - Remodel to the dining area and exterior of an existing 2,797 square foot assembly restaurant building per approved plans. Work to include: Interior and exterior demolition per plans; Replace front and side entry towers; replace store front entry doors and select windows; install new awnings and signage; replace the existing mansard roof around the building with a new parapet; refinish the exterior stucco exterior; update the existing restrooms to meet accessibility requirements; update the dining and customer area decor, seating, and customer service counters; install new floor finishes in customer area, dining area, and restrooms; related interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2009 IBC; upgrade the interior and exterior lighting; plumbing and mechanical work; exterior site improvements; and all other work per the approved plans, attached plan review report, Engineering, and other reviewing agencies approvals.
