Description |
(Payette Brewing Company) To remodel and expand an existing 5,920 square foot tenant space in an existing 11,074 square foot Industrial use building for use as a Production Beer Brewery/Tavern. Work to include: demolition work per the approved plans; remove existing stud and gypsum wall board infills at the existing masonry wall openings per plan locations; sawcut existing concrete floor and pour a new 6" concrete slab with fibermesh reinforcement per plans; related interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2009 IBC; and plumbing work. The proposed keg cooler is a deferred submittal. All work per the approved plans, attached plan review report, and all other reviewing agencies approvals. A new certificate of occupancy is required to be obtained after all work has been inspected and approved. The maximum occupant load of the Tasting room shall be 53 persons and shall be posted in a conspicuous place near the main exit. NOTE: This building is fully fire sprinklered for area increase. Any alterations or modifications to the fire sprinkler system shall be per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department and will require a separate permit. **SRZ**
