Work to include: demolition work per the approved plans; remove existing stud and gypsum wall board infills at the existing masonry wall openings per plan locations; sawcut existing concrete floor and pour a new 6" concrete slab with fibermesh reinforcement per plans; related interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2009 IBC; and plumbing work. A new certificate of occupancy is required to be obtained after all work has been inspected and approved.
