To complete an exterior renovation to an existing 7,358 square foot tenant space per plans. Work to include: New exterior finishes; replace/install new aluminum frame storefront windows and entry systems; install a new Portico at the entry location; infill existing window openings in select locations; and all other work per the approved plans, the attached plan review report, and all other reviewing agencies approvals. There is no Occupancy allowed under this permit. A separate tenant improvement permit is required to finish this building for occupancy.
