Anser Charter School (Kitchen T.I.) - To remodel a 256 square foot existing room to be used as a Commercial Kitchen per the approved plans. All menu Items will be pre-cooked and just warmed. No commercial hoods are proposed or approved under this permit. Work to include: remove existing counters and counter tops; patch and paint walls, ceiling, and floor; install kitchen equipment and appliances; install work tables and shelves; new electric water heater; install room exhaust fan at existing ceiling opening w/ makeup air, and ducting; related interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2009 IBC; and plumbing, electrical work. All work per the approved plans, attached plan review report, and all other reviewing agencies approvals. The existing envelope is not being affected by this permit. NOTE: This building is fully fire sprinklered. Any alterations or modifications to the fire sprinkler system shall be per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department and will require a separate permit. **SRZ**
