Jim's Heating & Cooling - To construct a new 2,741 square foot tenant space in an existing vacant shell space per approved plans. Work to include: new concrete slab floor, construction of interior non-bearing walls for an accessible restroom; replace an existing exterior double door with a new overhead door; insulate the existing exterior walls; related interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2009 IBC; installation of new interior lighting; mechanical, plumbing, and electrical work. All work per the approved plans, attached plan review comments, and conditions of all reviewing agencies for this project. A new Certificate of Occupancy with the new occupant load total is to be issued when completed and approved. NOTE: This building is NOT fire sprinklered. **SRZ**
