(Western Heating & Air) - **1-10-14 PLAN MODIFICATION TO INCLUDE: RELOCATE LAV BASED ON RELOCATED WATER HEATER LOCATION IN THE MENS RESTROOM PER PLANS; REMOVE EXTERIOR DOOR AT EAST WALL LOCATION; MODIFIED AND RENUMBERED INTERIOR DOORS PER PLANS; ADDED TWO EXTERIOR WALL WINDOWS AT THE EAST WALL LOCATION; EXTERIOR CMU WALL IFILL; AND INTERIOR 45 DEGREE WALL MODIFICATIONS AT HALLWAY 105 LOCATION. SRZ** This building is not fire sprinkled. To remodel an existing 7,804 square foot building for this tenant. Work to include: select interior demolition work per plans; remove an existing exterior overhead door and infill; remove a portion of the existing exterior CMU wall for a new exterior swing door; remove an existing exterior swing door and replace with a new window; construct new interior nonbearing wall partitions to create: a larger conference room, new sales rooms, file room, offices and breakroom; associated doors and hardware; remodel the existing Men's restroom to be fully accessible; fur-down the ceiling in portions of this building per plans; and new interior lighting to meet the tenants need.
