Mary Pat ###-#### call first. On site to verify the construction of a fire rated wall between dwelling units at the above location. Inspection was conducted in the attic at the dwelling unit seperation. I was able to visually verify the 4ft. laydown parapet and rated wall construction to the underneath side of the parapet. Per the home owner, construction documents indicate the two 1 hour walls were constructed. The in place construction at the attic is consistant with the approved construction documents. It is in my opinion that the in place firewall is constructed as per the construction documents. No destructive inspections were conducted.
