Skytrace Tenant Improvement - To remodel the 1st story of a11,236 square foot existing building per plans. The 2,700 square foot 2nd story will not be modified or altered and will remain business offices. Work to include: Demolition work per plans; construct new interior walls to create: new offices, storage rooms, exercise room, mechanical room, conference room, janitor room, a new accessible restroom with a new accessible shower, and enlarge an existing restroom to be fully accessible; infill some existing wall openings; relocate an existing door; relocate an existing dual height (hi-lo) accessible drinking fountain; relocate two sinks; install a suspended ceiling grid system installed per CISCA guidelines; related interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2012 IBC; modify less than 25 percent of the existing lighting; plumbing, mechanical, and electrical work; and all other work per the approved plans, attached plan review report, adopted codes, and all other reviewing agencies approvals. The existing envelope is not being affected by this permit. A new Certificate of Occupancy with the new occupant load total is required to be obtained after all work has been inspected and approved. NOTE: This building is fully fire sprinklered. Any alterations or modifications to the fire sprinkler system shall be per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department and will require a separate permit. **SRZ**
