Work to include: Removal of the existing utility sink, counter tops, and under-counter hot water heater; relocate the hot water heater to a new location in the base cabinet; install new upper and lower cabinets; install a new double compartment sink; install a new under counter dishwashing machine; install new emergency exit lighting; and electrical and mechanical work. All work per the approved plans, attached plan review report, applicable codes, and all other reviewing agencies final approvals. Separate electrical, plumbing, and mechanical permits are required.
