(Jimmy's Auto Body Repair) - Tenant improvement to include unit #'s 7, 8, 9, and 12 for this business in an existing 10,400 square foot building. Units 7 & 8 work to include: remove an existing office, stairs and storage mezzanine; remove an existing restroom and air compressor; relocate the air compressor per plans; and construct new interior non-bearing wall partitions for a new accessible single user restroom. Unit #9's work to include: frame a new 1-hour fire barrier wall to the roof deck for separation from unit #10. Unit #12's work to include: Fame a new 1-hour fire barrier wall to the rood deck to separate this unit from unit #11. All work per the approved plans, attached plan review report, and adopted codes. A new Certificate of Occupancy with the new occupant load total is to be issued when completed and approved. Separate electrical and plumbing permits are required.
