All work per the approved plans, attached plan review reports, and adopted codes. A certificate of completion shall be issued when work is completed and a final inspection has occurred. NOTE: This building is fire sprinklered. Any alterations or modifications to the fire sprinkler system shall be per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department and will require a separate permit.
