Riverside Pond - To add an accessible sidewalk and fishing dock on the west side of this pond. Work to include: Construct a 5 foot wide, approximately 300 square feet, of concrete sidewalk starting at the edge of the existing asphalt; construct a concrete abutment per plan details; connect a salvaged gangway to the new concrete abutment and then to the salvaged connect a dock; install a new accessible handrail to the salvaged connect a dock; install a piling or submersible weight system to keep dock on place. All work per the approved plans, attached plan review report, and adopted coded. A certificate of completion shall be issued when work is completed and a final inspection has occurred. **SRZ**
