The Stagecoach Inn - To remodel an existing 4,156 square foot full service eating and drinking establishment. Work to include: remove an existing coat closet and replace with a display case at the entry location; remove an existing wall for panel clearances; install new sinks and kitchen equipment; interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2012 IBC; replace the water heater; replace existing light bulbs per plans; replace three existing root top units; plumbing, electrical, and mechanical work; and all other work per the approved plans, attached plan review report, and all adopted codes.
