Todd ###-#### conference to discuss clean up of electrical system for new tenant. Asked electrical contractor to add grounding electrode and install new #6 to confirm earth ground. confirm building steel ground and water piping system to ground. Confirm separatly derived system grounded. Relocate existing loadcenter mounted at 7 or 8 foot down to meet height requirments. Strap conduits throughout building, install KO seal in unused openings, remove damaged conduits and boxes or repair where needed, install j boxes with covers on unused raceways, repair or replace damaged outlets and switches. May need to install exit signs and emergency egress lighting. Check with building inspector.
