met owner in regards to venting problems of furnace and w/h, fittings are not glued to furnace at top of furnace housing flue connection, condensate leaking out of flue on to furnace. Water Heater flue broken at elbow and did not use correct flue attachment per manufacturer installations. Owner will glue the required areas himself. Therefore permit is finaled again. Did not want me to call Green's Heating. (This activity was added in error so we have changed the case status back to Issued.)
