Please call Lynn for access ###-####, thank you.; Phone #: ###-#### Internet Inspection Request from: Stephanie Smith..tony young didn't remember looking at the z-vent flue off the w/h in the shaft. it was covered up when i got there for the final..dan the g/c said he knew for certain it had the clearances as he saw it. the owners didn't want the shaft in the wall opened up, so i met with all parties involved and made it clear to all that i was going to final this because of dans word. all agreed..the conversation was tape recored by tony young. i talked to the homeowner about the life-safety issues regarding covering the opening to the furn/wh enclosure with a solid door. we taped the necessary comb air requirements to the furnace for future reference. she stated they had no intentions of covering it up with a bookcase or a solid door..dixie

meet lynn at 1:00--###-####...met with lynn to discuss corrections. i tried to call builder to let him know i will work with them so the owners can move their furniture in. the gas to the w/h will need to be disconnected and capped until corrections are complete. i will call the structural inspector and let him know what's going on...thanks dixie
