Fireplace was installed back in March. We trimmed it out and went to call in the final. Can not find a permit ever being finalized. Perhaps one of those didn''t hit the enter key. The fireplace was installed by Kevin Shoecraft (###-####)

To turn fireplace on, turn on top single gang box switch to power electronic ignition. Lower switch turns on fireplace. Fan is thermally activated.
