-Rough-in is not per manual-j, gas test fail, flue test fail, need to support gas piping, flue for furnace in garage needs to grade uphill, need to seal all tin, need to insulate all tin in unconditioned space with r-6, range exhaust missing.( per less kitchen exhaust is 1200 cfm, told less make-up air is required.)(Less said they are going to install a commercial range, told less cannot install a commercial range in a residential house.)

Need manual-j on site, need to complete all hvac system, need to insulate all tin in uncondition space, need to finish linesets, need permits for fireplaces, need to remove all insulation around all hvac that is installed, hvac needs to be installed by licensed installers.Insulate all tin before insulation
