Rick Montgomery and Carlos had a conversation a year ago when the original permit was pulled and it was decided that since this permit was pulled before the code changed of having to have the duct balance and blast before final inspection was not necessary for this permit since it was pulled before that code changed. Signed Manual J is onsite and we are ready for final mechanical inspection. VACANT HOME- GARAGE CODE- 4320.
