Called and talked with Trade Source about their mechanical aging permit. Ths permit has never been passed on a R/I inspection and many items that need to be fixed before a R/I passes. When ready for a final we will need to see a balance report and duct blast performed as well

- gas line in attic needs supported
- house has a gas leak inside somewhere
(called the gas company to inform them of gas leak) and was told that they would want to see a gas pressure test performed by the city
- lineset in attic needs supported
- condensate line outside needs supported
- drain pan below furnace in the attic needs a wet switch
-supply branches need balance dampers
- all bedrooms upstairs and downstairs need a transfer or ducted return
- home owner needs to add bathroom exhaust fans to his own permit
- all work needs to be performed by permit holder
