- still need to see a Man J performed and onsite with balance and duct blast report
-supplys needs balance dampers
- attic access needs pathway finished and platform needs extended

-need balance report and duct blast onsite
- need a level platform in front of furnace in attic at least 30"
- condensate needs support on outside of house
- secondary drain and pan needs a wet switch
- gas line in attic needs support and a sediment trap
- dryer vent did not have nail plates in photos that were provided
- dryer vent cap needs to be an approved cap with no screens and a backdrft damper
- need to see exhaust fans duct work
- supply duct work needs balance dampers
- water heater flue needs 1" clearances
- this inspection should have been a R/I
