1- need city approved man j onsite
2- seal all spot welds on supply boots
3- need ladder provided to access furnace in attic
4- OSA can ot terminate to roof
5- access to attic needs 24" wide access to platform with 30" clearance to front of furnace and unobstructed has plumbing vent in way
6- insulation on supply main needs taped in multiple locations where insulation is showing
7- primary condensate has trap in it needs 1/4" per foot grade from coil to outside and nail plates at top plate
