1- need to fix all rips and tears in arma flex in attic bare copper can be seen
2- low voltage wire laying on water heater b vent needs to support
3- gas gauge wont zero out
4- need to resubmit man j for equipment installed has carrier man shows payne and have approved one onsite for next inspection
5- range duct oval thru ceiling
6- all registers in ceiling need sealed
7- need to support exhaust ducting from master bath in attic of den/office
8- supply and return ducting in chase need metal installed where penetrates wall and attic and draftstop with fire caulk- flex duct can not run thru floors, walls or ceilings per bld code
9- bath exhaust 2nd floor needs supported
10-fresh air needs to be ran in 8" not 6" per man j
