To construct approx. 160 sq. ft. kitchen extension/addition at rear of existing single family dwelling to allow construction of new stair system to 2nd level. New 2nd story construction does not gain any square footage, being primarily stairs and open area to 1st level kitchen . All work per approved plans. Battery powered smoke detectors will be required in all existing bedrooms and hallways leading to same.
