Application for inspection to determine requirements for issuance of a certificate of occupancy for an existing 3,246 sq. ft. building or portion thereof per Resolution 13534, which allows building not constructed per code, to be temporarily occupied, if no imminent hazards are determined by inspection under this permit, for a period of upto 90 days while plans are prepared and presented for approval & permit for required code upgrade. NOTE: This permit does not authorize any type of construction. Proposed use is for storage, repair service involving only exchange of parts (no open flame or welding) and display / sales for motorcycles, ATV's & snowmobile's.
