Allen's approved funds will expire 9/22/01 and purchase of this property would have to occur prior to this date.I informed Mrs. Alan that I would suspend securing this structure until she notifies me or the 9/22/01 date has passed. Received subpoena to appear in court regarding Injury to children charges. Was informed by Shelley the prosecuting attorney not to appear and a new subp. would be issued at a later date. Shelley informed me that the courts would probably not order demo/abatement of the dwelling and to proceed with my abatement actions. Informed Mike Meloy to continue with our efforts.Also received a phone call from a Jennifer Smith, ###-####, that she had been approached by a potential buyer and was curious about conditions on property. I informed her that property was still privatly owned and to contact owner regarding sale. She told me she would keep me informed. New owner would demo the structure.

Posted structure unsafe to occupy. Children had been removed by from structure by court order for unsanitary conditions. Parents/property owners are required to appear in court for judges determination of specific requirements. Will proceed after courts determination on requirements.
