To excavate, grade, and compact approximately 3,000 cubic yards of earth, and pave two separate driveways approximately 300 to 400 ft. in length in accordance with engineered plans on file and conditions of CFH01-00006 which includes requirements by the Boise Fire Department. This permit is issued to establish public record of the work for future development plans to establish public roads for a proposed subdivision (Horizon Hills) and in accordance with 1997 UBC Appendix Chapter 33. Geotechnical review by Strata (H. Robert Howard) covers the roadway only and no other site development. All compaction tests and inspection of this project to be done by W & H Pacific (David Caneer) and submitted to the Boise City PDS Dept. (attention Marlene Southard) prior to final of this permit.
