Complaint of carport construction w/out permits. Went out spoke with owner, she said they have talked with the office about permits,and are now in having a plan drawn and are going to obtain a permit, the only work that has been done is 3 holes and a ledger board has been added to the house wall, no structure exist at this time. 7/2/2001 10:05:51 AM
